These window awnings are commonly know as Fixed Guides. They are generally made with either canvas, acrylic or vistaweave material. They are operated via a rope from either inside or outside, interal wand or are motorised. They are normally employed on second floors and above or where access to the awning is not possible. The awning is kept in position from either the weight in the bottom rail or from the rope. The projection is usually no more than 300mm for the rods and 50mm for the wire guide. We carry all the major brands of material like Brella and Defab. The hoods come in most Colorbond colours.
